Ideal for heavily textured, powder-coated and cast-aluminum surfaces, CILS’s new 9100HD high-performance, heavy-duty printable rating plate label provides an immediate, permanent bond to the most difficult to adhere to surfaces.

The label features a print receptive surface coating that ensures printed data remains sharp, legible and permanent when exposed to extreme temperatures (-112°F to 730°F), harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasion, oils, fuel and more.

This allows variable data—including bar codes, serial numbers and more—to be added from an existing PC and standard laser or thermal transfer printer. The labels can be manufactured to any size or shape with a full color pre-printed corporate design.
