Automatic Guided Vehicle for Truck Outfitters Assembly Plant

Multiple use AGVs offer flexibility

A line of AGVs for multiple industry and assembly applications features smart tape.

Using the tape—a series of QR codes, which are printed and laid in any formation—the 12,000-pound capacity automatic guided vehicle uses laser guidance; moving along the pre-determined path set by the tape.

This tape can be pulled up with little cost and re-positioned should the needs of the facility’s assembly line change. Additional vehicle features include: emergency stop, flashing yellow safety lights, motion sensor, and a brushless DC servo motor.
