DUOSYS mini-load AS/RS

Mini-load AS/RS allows multiple cranes in the same aisle

The DUOSYS mini-load automated storage and retrieval system by Daifuku Webb acts as a highly efficient sortation system by allowing multiple cranes to function in the same aisle, moving past each other without interference.

The system increases throughput up to 2,200 cases per hour. Also offered is the model 100 TT SmartCart automatic guided cart. Low to the ground, the cart tunnels under customized carriers and—when equipped with an automatic hitch—it can independently couple and decouple from the carriers.

Ideal for use in assembly lines, the cart can also deliver pallets to and from stretch wrappers, roller conveyors and palletizers, or move loads around a facility.
