Order picker offers smooth control, ergonomic features

For comfortable, efficient and economical case picking at heights up to 25 feet, a line of orderpickers by Toyota features a separately excited drive motor, transistor control technology and ergonomic configuration.

The drive motor delivers precise speed and torque control, loaded or unloaded, while the transistor control system smoothly controls speed for accurate positioning of the truck to improve operator efficiency. Fast, smooth load handling is controlled by a lift motor equipped with two-speed control that gradually ramps power from low to high.

To improve operator comfort and safety, the vehicle’s multifunction handle simultaneously directs travel and lift/lower functions, while housing the horn. Visibility is enhanced by a wide-view mast with nested mast channels and side-mounted cylinders.
