Hurricane 360 hoist

With a patented hand chain cover that rotates 360 degrees, Columbus McKinnon’s Hurricane 360 hoist allows for positioning, pulling and lifting of loads from virtually any angle.

Offered in models with capacities from 1,000 pounds to 10 tons, the device may be specified in multiple configurations of lift and headroom to accommodate any application. Features include a Weston-style braking system for positive load control and minimal maintenance through easy disassembly (no special tools required).

For safety, a load limiter is included standard for simple, automatic overload protection. All internal gears and pinions are built from heat-treated steel for high strength and long life, while a precision four-pocket lift wheel and alloy-hardened steel load chain provide proper chain fit and alignment to reduce wear and tear and increase chain longevity. A powder-coated finish protects against corrosion.
