Big LiftJoey J1 and J2 Task Support Vehicles
Vehicles replace rolling ladders, low-level cart picking of broken cases
The Joey J1 and J2 Task Support Vehicles by Big Lift are built for less-than-full pallet picking.
The J1 replaces rolling ladders and low-level, cart-based picking processes, increasing pick heights up to 220 inches. It holds up to 1,000 pounds and travels at standard speeds up to 3.4 miles per hour (faster with a high-speed option). AC-powered and programmable, the vehicle’s mast incorporates a heavy-duty I-beam, steel channels and side-mounted lift cylinders. The mast reaches travel rates of 42 feet per minute.
For larger facilities, a cart towing hitch option may be specified. The J2 handles a 42 x 48-inch pallet, handles 2,000 pounds total capacity, and uses a mini mast for ergonomic work heights for the driver.
