EnerpacJS-Series Jack-Up Systems
System incrementally lifts, holds heavy loads Providing a safe, efficient means
Providing a safe, efficient means to raise heavy payloads, the new JS-Series Jack-Up Systems synchronously lift and mechanically hold the load.
The unit has a capacity per lifting tower of 123 to 738 tons, with a lifting height between 19.7 and 65.6 feet and up to 5% side load capacity (depending on model and lifting height). It consists of a specialized, multi-point lifting system with self-contained hydraulics in each unit.
As loads are lifted in increments, steel boxes are stacked together to form lifting towers to mechanically hold the load. A typical system setup includes four jack up units positioned under each corner of a load. Operated by a computer-control unit, lifting and lowering operations occur simultaneously to maintain load balance.
