Shrink-to-fit material faster and less costly

Heavy-gauge vinyl conveyor roller covers from VinylGuard shrink to fit smoothly and tightly over straight and tapered metal conveyor rollers and skatewheels to reduce noise and vibration.

The coating protects and cushions wood, glass, and products with delicate finishes or surfaces against scratches and damage caused by contact with bare metal.

Faster, easier and less costly to apply than stretch-to-fit coatings, the material shrinks when exposed to a heat gun. It measures 50 mils thick and resists abrasion, chemicals, oils, grease, acids, chlorinated cleansers moisture and corrosion. Non-marking, the environmentally friendly material will not stain, rust, crack or peel. It may be specified in a food grade formulation.
