Creating pathways for easy and safe access throughout a facility’s floor, the Slide Gate conveyor system from Safe Conveyor features a gate mechanism that works like a sliding drawer to open and close without gas springs. To cross through the line, a worker lifts the handle, slides the gate, walks through and then slides the gate closed.

The component is offered as a part of the supplier’s modular power belt system.

The conveyor is powered by a variable speed, bi-directional drive, and comes in belt widths from 6 to 18 inches wide. All conveyor units are shipped fully assembled and can by quickly installed on stands with T-slot hardware.
