Ergonomic beam for easier case picking

To provide easy access to hard-to-reach cartons on lower shelf levels, the Ergo Beam from Frazier creates an opening between pallet locations through which an orderpicker can enter.

The front shelf beam is split into two separate, curved beams that attach to the rear horizontal beam, creating an opening for access to cartons on 48 x 40 inch pallets.

This access reduces product breakage and worker injuries while boosting productivity. Constructed with a 4-inch structural steel channel for durability, the beam may be specified with three options: inward facing channel flange for a smooth surface, outward facing channel flange to protect bar code labels, or a smooth outer surface with a 1/8-inch recessed web to protect bar code labels and anchor bolts.
