Intelligrated
Zone control upgrades maximize accumulation conveyor uptime

Intelligrated’s Accuglide chain-driven conveyor and IntelliQ belt-driven conveyor have been upgraded with new zone control features to enhance their ability to provide quiet, positive transportation and true zero-pressure accumulation. Upgrades include an enhanced sleep mode to reduce noise, energy usage and equipment wear; jam detection logic to identify flow interruptions and command zone shutdowns; and photo-eye visibility to eliminate the cost of additional system-level eyes.

For streamlined maintenance, visible status lights, device and system-level diagnostics are included, while an on-board independent logic controller stores commands to reduce programming and central computer communication.
